The room was spacious and clean, with fantastic air con. The staff were helpful, especially when my mum got hurt. However, some front desk staff were unhelpful and the elevators were slow. Despite this, the location was great and the free coffee was a nice touch.

Omg, 😍 the room view was amazing! 🌆 clean rooms, friendly staff, and included breakfast were nice too. Only downside was no on-site dining. But overall, a fantastic stay! 🌟

Reasonably priced place, had a wonderful stay at the Concorde hotel.

The hotel was ideal and perfectly clean, it had excellent wi-fi, its location was peaceful very close to Central Park. The bed was comfy, and I liked that the room was airy and well-kept. Attentive staff team on the Reception desk ensuring guest satisfaction.

The hotel was spotless, perfect for a couple. Rooms were spacious with large windows, great for working. The staff was top-notch. The minor hiccups like small fridges or AC were outweighed by the positives. Ideal for quiet nights, close to subways.

Quiet hotel, impeccably clean, employees are helpful, and location is PERFECT near the property was a great restaurant with so many food choices-even for vegetarians-Cafe Olympia. My must haves' are a great-sized, compact room with shower, good WiFi and terrace.

I've booked double room with a huge balcony and everything was really good.

I wanted a change from my usual haunt, so I decided to try out the nearby cafe. The dishes were a mix of Asian and traditional, which I found interesting. I loved how they paired the tapas with different wines, giving me options to explore. The meeting space was well-equipped, and I could feel the artistic vibe of the city from my room. Plus, being close to Central Park meant I could indulge in my love for outdoor activities. Can't wait to go back!

Clean low budget hotel, sweet staff and best possible location near subway. Room had a reasonably large bathroom that we liked. Easy check out too. Plus their wifi was good.

As a young family staying at this hotel for a leisure trip to explore New York City, we were impressed by the spacious studio room that accommodated us comfortably. The separate bedroom and sofa bed setup worked well for our 'grown' children. The staff, particularly Sebastien, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant with thoughtful gestures like leaving a birthday card and Easter treats in the room. Despite some minor maintenance issues in the room, the overall experience was excellent, and the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of Times Square added to the enjoyment of our trip.

While my stay was fantastic overall, there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon. the noise insulation between rooms was a bit weak, causing some disturbances at times.

The Bonsai Tapas and Wine bar was a delightful spot to unwind in the evenings, and the serene garden area was perfect for relaxation. Only gripe was the slight issue with requesting two foam pillows but getting one worn-out and not-so-fresh-smelling one – just used it to prop myself up. A minor thing, let a bit of light in during the night, but manageable with a makeshift door block – overall, an awesome stay! 🌟

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the beautiful room that I was provided with. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a stunning view of the city. the prime location was a major advantage. Being just a block and a half away from both the subway stations was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Another great aspect was the food hall nearby, which offered a wide variety of dining options.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite, and it provided exceptional meeting space of over 2,000 square feet with complimentary Wi-Fi, a 55” flatscreen TV with HDMI connection, state of the art speakerphone. , the hotel also offers a bicycle rental service, a business center, a terrace, and a 24-hour front desk.

The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated meeting planner to assist with the logistics and coordination of our corporate offsite.

We had a great stay at this Midtown Manhattan hotel. The rooms were surprisingly large and clean, with modern amenities like USB charging and a Bluetooth sound system. Top floor room with skyline views as a free upgrade. Outstanding staff, went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Great location, close to 5th Ave and Rockefeller Center. Allowed us to leave luggage for 4 days, very helpful. Will definitely book again for next trip.

the spacious room on the 15th floor had a huge bathroom with both a bath tub and shower. the natural light was fantastic, thanks to the large windows with a great view of the colored Synagogue's towers. the staff was incredibly helpful, fast, and always had a smile on their faces. Despite the freezing weather, the room had good heating. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions or with a nearby metro station. the hotel was undergoing renovations, but it was managed in a very careful way, and we didn't experience any nuisance. the price of $640 for 3 nights in a deluxe double room, including taxes, was a great value.

A beautiful property after a recent remodel, immaculate and contemporary decor, fantastic bathroom with rain shower, ideally located between Park and Lexington, close to the subway. Close enough to walk to Times Square and Central Park, with solid subway access to other areas of Manhattan. The location of the hotel also provides great options for a quick bite to eat, and there is a CVS one block down on Lexington Ave in case you need essentials. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, and the room service was solid. Also a great perk to have water bottles provided in the lobby throughout your entire stay at no extra charge. The garden area was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's proximity to landmarks such as the American Museum of Natural History, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway enhanced our family bonding and created lasting memories.
